IREW makes it possible to verify the identity of a person, his professional affiliation to his current employer and other shared information quickly and reliably without the use of official personal documents. The system also facilitates many other functions which can be used in professional and personal life.

The system of two-stage authentication
is entirely unique in personal identification – it has no alternative. It guarantees the authenticity of data about a person using only basic data, such as the first name and surname of that person.
Sensitive data about registered persons and unique identifiers are processed against the background – in the database by the operator of the register.
Dual system
Identification and records of persons as the foundations of security - significantly reduce the risks associated with coming into contact with unknown persons. This primarily concerns unauthorised persons gaining access to private premises, handing over goods or valuables to unverified persons (for shipping, for example), sharing confidential information and the like.
Data is processed in IREW in line with the requirements of GDPR and other rules for data protection. For more information see HERE.

Identification using the EEV Card and IREW Online
IREW is a global system. All users use the same platforms irrespective of nationality or citizenship – the same identity cards, the same online application. English is the default language for the identity card platform and data about the holders of such cards. The online application works in several language versions.

Set the rules of identifying outside persons
In contrast to other relevant (official) documents which prove identity, proof of identity via IREW may be strictly demanded, for example by a member of security staff or reception staff, or by another individual.
UNBREAKABLE
The interconnection of ID card platforms and the online application means that the system is practically unbreakable. Even when there is a security breach of one of the platforms, the authenticity of a person’s identity can be verified from the other platform. The likelihood of successfully breaching both platforms is negligible.

All of our drivers are provided with IREW ID cards. Our customers can therefore easily check whether the driver is actually an employee or colleague of ours long before loading.

Logistics as a whole have long been lacking this sort of protection tool.

In contrast to official documents, such as citizen ID cards or passports, we are able to strictly demand personal identification via IREW. This particularly applies to truck drivers, the area in which the risk is highest (in our case).
The theft of a consignment by a “phantom” company is therefore absolutely ruled out!
